Sea cucumber ecology Holothuroidea studies in the Sancang marine preserve

Abstract This research aims to analyze the kelp, diversity, evenness, dominance, food characteristics, habitat and physical chemical parameters of Holothuroidea in Sancang marine preserve. The method used this is descriptive with sampling using purposive sampling, assisted by help lie transects, quadratic transect ecology Holothuroidea. Based on field observations, species exiting Cikabodasan beach there are found as many 3 including: Holothuria atra, leucospilota scabra. diversity index ranges from 0,9 0,13 which shows that low category, Evennes 0,75-1,00 evenness spread equity a stable condition, dominance 0,02 0,53 no dominant species. Food characteristics sea cucumber’s stomach detritus, algae litter, decapoda. results analysis measurement waters show these values still within range normal conditions so they support life cucumbers (Holothuroidea).
